We provide a testing solution for your specifications

TÜV Rheinland Automotive Component Testing GmbH provides services for validation and type testing along the value chain of vehicle battery systems. Located in the Dutch-German business park Avantis in Heerlen-Aachen, our facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art test benches on an area of approx. 2,000 square meters.

Our test facilities are designed to be flexible and can handle battery weight up to 800 kg and dimensions of up to 2.3 m x 1.6 m x 0.4 m (L x W x H) without any technical limitations

About TÜV Rheinland Automotive Component Testing GmbH

TÜV Rheinland Automotive Component Testing (ACT) GmbH is a joint venture of TÜV Rheinland and ConAC, part of the PEM Network, founded in 2020. PEM is an engineering service provider offering solutions for future mobility topics.

TÜV Rheinland ACT is part of the Future Mobility Hub Avantis. We already provide a wide range of battery tests for our customers, e.g. performance tests, mechanical tests and abuse tests.
