Our battery laboratory offers solutions for your specific test requirements
TÜV Rheinland Automotive Component Testing GmbH offers validation and type testing services throughout the whole development process of vehicle battery systems. Located in the German-Dutch industrial park Avantis in Heerlen-Aachen, our test laboratory is equipped with the latest test benches on an area of around 2,000 square meters.

Our battery testing services focus on large battery systems and modules
Dimensions and weight
Our test facilities are flexible and designed for large test specimens. Batteries up to 1,500 kg in weight and dimensions beyond 2.3 m x 1.6 m x 0.4 m (L x W x H) can be tested.
